Hi everyone,
I'm currently reading Dr. Phil's Ultimate WLS. I also have the food guide and am preparing to do the rapid start. I have found that I have to make substitutions everyday. I don't eat any meat, including poultry and fish. I was wondering if any of you have already done this and have suggestions.
