I'm going out on a limb and upping my normal 6 pounds to 6.5 pounds for July, which should bring me to 50! I hope, I hope, I hope!

Since I seem to be really slowing down I'm going to shoot for 3 pounds in July. That seems so wimpy, but just once I would love to meet my goal!!!

I'm exercising like a fiend, doing weights, walking 2 miles and running 2 miles and doing situps. Drink 2 liters of augua a day, ate some nasty tasting cabbage, broccoli, califlower, celery, onion soup that I concocted. I won't tell you what it smelled like cooking, but I ate some for dinner. I'd be glad to mail you all some leftovers, after it sat in the mail truck, went across country and sat in your mailboxes, it wouldn't smell worse. :D

ok you guys...I just started phase 2 today....so my challenge is 6lbs for this month....I'm not sure how this phase will work....

Okay, I went for 8 last time, and depending on what the scale says, I'm at 16 for the month. So I'm going to go for 10 in July.

I am going for six but they have to be REAL ones not water weight ones. I lost four pounds over night last night.....that is the sort of thing which I dont want to count.

So six pounds of fat in July. And exercise every day.

I have not lost a single pound in 2 months. Well, I might lose one week but I gain the next. Basically I have been maintaining. I know I have lost inches, my clothes fit better which is still progress. But its time.

I am going to start relatively small so I can get the joy of success. So count me in for 6 pounds.

This will be my first full month challenge on the beach, so being that I should lose about 1 lb. or so a week, I think four-five lbs. is reasonable. I have a birthday in August, so would like to be close to goal at that time. Hey RNMOM, how about some of that soup :lol: (just kidding) ;) !

Ok i had a sad goal for july. not to GAIN anything. cause i'm going on vacation for a month to sweden (to see my boyfriend) and i ALWAYS gain weight there. plus we're going to Paris for a week as well. so if i can maintain while i'm away i'll be estatic!

This is my first challenge! I'm going to be optimistic and say 8 pounds for July. It'll be tough for me because I have a different event every weekend but I'm gonna try! I also am trying for at least 3 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training but would always like to do more!

:flow1: I am going to shoot for a loss of 5lbs. I have been on the SBD for 2 weeks now with 2 big cheats on both Saturdays. I have still managed to lose 6.5lbs but I know it could be so much better had I resisted. This month, I'll try my first goal. Best of luck to us all in our goals ! Hoping for lots more exercise as I am starting another job at a resteraunt as well as keeping my job at the hospital, so lots of on feet time as well as exercising at the fitness center. :strong:

I'm excited this is going to be my first challenge. :) I will be starting a pseudo phase 2 *more like 1.5* on sunday (that went fast) so im going to set my goal to be 17 lbs and to exercise everyday
