Default Atkins Brand Vitamins

Hello, all!

I was wondering if there is anyone here who is using/has used the Atkins brand vitamins and what you thought of them. I was taking a ton of supplements each day and totally burnt out on them, and now I want to take vitamins and wonder if these might be the way to go. I was thinking of the basic one and the essential oils...not real interested in the advantage or accel ones.

Any input?

I take the Atkins brand because I'm afraid of missing out on some vitamin I need. I'm sure there's other vitamins out there that are cheaper that would do the same thing.

I take a generic brand multi. I did some research first, though. I figured out basically what nutrients I'm getting and how much based on what I normally eat. Then I figured out how much of these things I should be getting. For me, a plain ol' run-of-the-mill multi works great, though I do take extra calcium supplements because osteoperosis runs in my family.
