Hi all!! I usually poston the 100lb forum, but have recently gone back to WW and have a question.

Swiss Miss Diet Hot Chocolate - 25 cal, 0 fat, 1 fiber

1 packet = .3 point
2 packets = .6 point
3 packets = .9 point

I lOVE to have a cup of coffee with a packet of hot chocolate. I don't think I have more than 1 or 2 a day. But is it cheating to count 3 as 1 point. Am I just taking advantage or being smart? How would you count it???

Thanks!!

I would count each one as one point. Calories do add up and so do points. Noway you could count is less than 2.

Ok - I honestly think 3 packets for 1 point is cheating - but 2 for 1 point isn't. Wouldyou agree with that???

I would say in the light of the world's problems it not cheating, but I would also count and limit my intake of such things to two packs a day and call it 1 pt.

I like a particular cracker, they are 6 for 40 cals and no fat grams, I eat two servings one at night and one in the am and its 0 pts for each or 2 pts for 12 crackers.

best of luck.

technically 1 package is 0, 2 is 1 and 3 is 1 point..

So 3 is 1 point.

Yes, 3 is 1 point according to my Pointsfinder. Also, thanks for a good beverage idea!

Sandi, I didnt know your were doing WW! Im glad to see another WW'er in the 100 club! I think that I would count 2 as 1 pt and 3 as 1.5 pts...I usually dont so 1/2 points, but there are occasions when they are necessary. (Such as terrific coffee! :coffee: ) Thanks for the yummy suggestion, BTW!
