I was looking for a thread here at the Beach where we could post our results. I was so happy that I finished Phase 1 and lost 8 lbs. that I wanted to post somewhere. I think there should be a thread for this if there isn't already. Maybe one for Phase 1 results and one for Phase 2 weekly results and one for Phase 3 maintainers...did I miss the thread or can I start one here?
We don't have such a thread but feel free to start one. However, it's not a FAQ so please start it in the Fat Chicks On The Beach Forum. There already is a June Challenge thread and used to be a Monday weigh-in thread. It's up to you and the other Chickies.
Thanks, Ruth. You're right...I didn't think this would be the place to post that thread...I just wanted to know so I asked here. I may start one at the FC on the Beach forum or look for the Monday weigh-in thread. Thanks!
