Well the Fudge I am sure made me go over a bit I am sure, since I had 2 pieces but I still consider myself on Program because I tracked everything and it is so much better than I would normally do.

Today
started out okay then blew it at lunch ate fried shrimp and french fries at the cafeteria, then munched on Taffy, and just snacked all day. Not too awful bad but certainly not on program, no exercise, 2 waters.
