Water 9 Well the Fudge I am sure made me go over a bit I am sure, since I had 2 pieces but I still consider myself on Program because I tracked everything and it is so much better than I would normally do. HC sauce 1pt Salad 0pt Dressing 2pt Dinner 12" Subway ham sub 10pt Baked Lays 3pt snacks 2 rice cakes 2pt 1 c. Kashi 1pt Water 9 exercise Yes Today started out okay then blew it at lunch ate fried shrimp and french fries at the cafeteria, then munched on Taffy, and just snacked all day.
