I am so wanting to lose weight and have tried every diet class around. I am a memeber of Rosemary Conley at home, and I can stick to this every now and again, but then fail.
Has anyone got an computerised diet journal type program, that may help me. I try not to log on to the net daily, as I spend all night on it.
I am battling to keep on the lowest dose of Effexor and struggling like mad.
Hello Puremagic I'm on low dose of effexor too I used to be on higher but it made me sleep all the time. You could keep your diary on word or excel maybe? I'll have a google see if there is anything about.
Take a last look around on-line and see if you can find a diary you like the look of. Then, as veggie suggests, recreate it in Word or Excel. Once you have a nice personalised page print it out and stick it somewhere handy.
I posted a while a go about a brightly coloured little "Exercise Girl" diary I bought at Waitrose. Oddly for me I actually use it. Like you say if I log on I stay on for hours, so a non-computer version has been good for me!
