Everyone is different. I lost 5lbs in 4 days without being on strict induction and my DH has lost 4lbs in 4 days while being on strict induction. It all depends on your metabolism,how much weight you have to lose, how much water you are drinking, if you are excersizing, a whole mess of stuff.
How often do you weigh yourself? I only count thursdays as my official weigh-in, but I usually weigh on sundays too just to keep my motivation going. I only do my measurements once a month.
Plus with Atkins you lose inches without losing pounds sometimes. That is why most of us take our measurements. You might think you are in a stall without having lost a pound in a couple weeks, and here you might have lost a couple inches instead! Look at Karen for example, she lost more inches than pounds all together. I have even noticed that even though the scale might say a 5lb loss, my clothes fit different and my body looks a little different and we all know that won't happen just by losing only 5lbs.
