South Beach Diet - It's a BOY!

Hi all, I'm halfway across the country in Nashville. Flew all day yesterday and got to hug my grandbabies! Baby #3 born yesterday at 1:30, 9 pounds! Yowza!

Anyway, it's fun to read your posts, uh, I'm a scale hoe too. I'm dying without mine. The scales keep me motivated and honest. It's going to be difficult to get the exercise in while babysitting a 3 and 4 year old. There is very little OP food here, so I'm headed to the store. Also #1 grandson wants "dwamma to make tookies" so I guess I better! Whatever those little darlings want they get............justice is sweet..........I'll spoil them and then go home and leave it up to my son to pick up the pieces :lol: I'm evil I know!

Anyway, had to brag about the baby.

You enjoy the heck out of all three grandkiddos and your family, RNMom! I think you'll be surprised by how OP you'll be...I bet those grandkiddos don't give you a moment to think about cravings or food! ;)
