Mustard is great - except for honey mustard of course. Olives are a great source of "good" fat. Pickles are fine - just not sweet pickles like gerkins (spelling?) As far a tapenade - just check the ingredients.
Another great one is bruschetta spread - diced tomatoes, onions, olive oil and other seasonings - very tasty (again check the label). I put it on salads and love to toss in diced chicken or even bake it right on top. It's also fabulous with some cooked and chopped zucchin
