Default What is the consensus on whole wheat breads at sub take out places?

I had a whole wheat small sub at quiznos the other day and i'm never quite sure if its cheating. since i know these kidna fast food places don't have the whole grain type breads, but are whole wheat so are they ok? also same thing with places like subway. i have yet to eat a sub there yet cause i'm not sure if their whole wheat bread is ok for SBD. maybe occasionally its not that bad but not every day for lunch? thoughts?

Here is the information for Subway:
WHEAT BREAD Enriched flour (flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, whole wheat flour, high fructose corn syrup, wheat gluten, contains less than 2% of the following: wheat bran, yeast, salt, soybean oil, dough conditioner (acetylated tartaric acid esters of mono-and diglycerides, ammonium sulfate, calcium sulfate, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide, potassium iodate, amylase (enzymes)], cracked wheat, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, caramel color (contains sulfites), dried honey preparation (honey powder, invert sugar, wheat starch, soy bran flour, silicon dioxide [anti-caking]), mineral oil.
ATKINS-FRIENDLY WRAP: Water, wheat gluten, corn starch, oat fiber, soy oil, isolated soy protein, soy flour, salt, sesame flour, calcium sulfate, contains 2% or less of: unbleached wheat flour, acacia gum, wheat bran, sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium propionate (a preservative), guar gum, fumaric acid, potassium sorbate, monoglycerides, sucralose, l. cysteine, enzyme.

I've been staying away from their wheat bread.
I can't find ingredient information for Quizno's. Their web site says to contact them for nutritional information.

The first ingredient should be whole wheat flour, NOT enriched flour, in order to be SBD friendly. Enriched flour is white flour that has had SOME of the nutrients replaced that were removed in processing.
