Hi, Newbee!
You are going to do great! You'll be amazed at how good you feel after three days. I ate like a pig going out of style (whatever that means! ) before starting SBD, and I still lost 17 pounds the first week! I think all that junk didn't hang on very well and jumped ship with the sugar! Seriously, just keep on keepin' on and all will work out. And know that we're here for you!

Hi, Everybody. I've been reading your posts and gathering the facts, books, food, and anything and everything I could find about the SBD and today began my long journey down. I am 66 years old, weigh far too much for my health, need a joint replacement for my knee, and am having a hard time loving myself, but I will get there. Joined curves last month, but didn't go often enough, so beginning tomorrow morning, I 'll begin my curves again and today have started eating right. Wish me luck.
