I can't believe I am posting here. A year ago I was a slug....I still have slug like tendencies.

But I am hoping you gals can help me. Are there running/walking music cd's out there? One that would go with walking 3.5 to 4.5 on the treadmill? I am looking for mixes that have the original artists and go for 60 minutes. I like all kinds of music except for ummm.....disco.

Also, can any of you suggest a non skip portable cd player that is not too expensive?
