Hi everyone,
I'm Melissa(24) I'm married and we have a baby girl named Zoe who is 10 months old. DH and I are reading Dr. Phil's book, well I finished and DH is still working on it. I've been slowly changing the habits and over the last month have lost 10 lbs. I still got 10 lbs of baby fat :lol: atleast thats an excuse cuz I was 5 lbs from my pre-pregnant weight at 2 weeks post partum. But it came back on and pretty fast too. I was always so hungry while breastfeeding in the begining.
Anyway I started at 285, weighed in last week at 275, and will be working towards my long term goal of 160 where I will assess myself and decide if I will loose more or not. I am 5 ft 8 in and that is in the healthy zone in Dr. Phil's book. My first mini goal is 250. :)
I did WW a few years ago and lost 40 lbs in 20 weeks before my life fell to chaos, I had a 4 year engagement fall apart moved 2 times and finally moved in with a guy I was only dating a few weeks(we worked together and knew each other longer though) and so my eating habits went out the door and I couldn't pay for even the WW Online anymore. Anyway we are married of course now. :)
For exercise I will be walking and doing exercise videos(when DH hooks up the VCR) like Tae Bo and I got a couple of aerobics ones too. I also will be doing a tad bit of weight lifting to build muscles.
