it was fun!! and it'll also continue. thank you peachie.. i was REALLY hoping you were listening. we went out to breakfast afterwards. she was very interested in seeing how and what i ate... i told her it wasn't all that exciting or different.

one thing was very funny, though. she spends a fair amount of time badmouthing the atkins diet, yet she ordered the perfect atkins breakfast: a broccoli and cheese omelette with lettuce and tomato on the side!!!! no potatoes. no toast!!!

i had bacon, tomato and cheese omelette [and ate a little more than half of it] and a slice of rye toast. MY idea of a great breakfast!!!!

Okay where's this foul mouth woman who bad mouthed atkins :s:
