Well since it's almost June, I thought maybe we could start a new challege and support and enocourage each other into summer! "Little to no clothes season"
I would like to lose 8 pounds this month. Anyone want to join me and post their goals for June? As big or as small as you want (lets keep it reasonable!)
I'm not sure how challenges work, if we just post losses per week but if anyone wants to stop in here with their food logs, I think that would be interesting as well. Come in and join in as often as you'd like.

Count me in I'm starting (actually re-starting again) Phase 1 on Tuesday and would love to lose 8-10 pounds and be able to keep it off. I will weigh and take measurements Tuesday morning.
Hi Pebbles Join the daily post and tell us how you are doing with your new kitchen . Now that you are through with the remodeling fiasco, you have no excuse not to be able to fix SB foods. I, on the otherhand, have absolutely no excuses what-so-ever
I would love to join the challenge! 8 pounds seems doable for me. The other thing I am challenging myself to do is exercise 5 times a week. 8 pounds would put me into the 150's. Haven't seen that weight since before my daughter was born!

I think I'd better start with 5 off my butt please, and I'll up the ante thru the month if things start changing for the better!
I'm in for 5! I think I set my May goal too high. it was before i realized i was such a slow loser. :P I think I might be around 145 tomorrow or monday (official end of may ) so i'm just hoping to be 140 by the end of june!!! Haven't been that weight in over 2 years! Its also almost near my all time low of 138 (not counting childhood of course, ha!). I can't wait!!
Woohoo!! Seems like we have a lively group of ladies. I am glad all of you decided to join. If I see 143, I will be so happy. I am aiming with the hope that 2lbs a week is normal and doable.
My other goals are to drink my 2L of water per day and get some kind of sweat inducing exercise in everyday.
