The only thing I know about this is when I was on body for life.....I know the EAS products taste pretty good- they are whey protein and in one scoop theres 115 cal. 3 grams carb, 21 grams protein....but thats mixed with water and thats YUCKY IMO.....When I want to have one as a meal replacement I use heavy cream and water until I get a milk consistency and use that....whole milk and low fat have too many carbs....good luck!

I have a site that compares protein powders. There's some 0 carb ones with pretty high protein. I can't post urls yet so I don't know how to tell you about it. I reckon you could go to google and type in protein powder comparison.
