Default Chocolate?

Hi, guys!

I put this in another post, but I think it got lost in my many questions.

How much bittersweet or dark chocolate are we allowed to have? I do not want to cheat or eat too much. I got the Ghirardheli (sp?) chocolate baking bar, and it is scored in 1/2 oz sections. Would it be best to eat 1/2 oz or less than that?

Thanks!

I would think ½ ounce would be fine. The Guide says "sparingly". How about meeting me at the Ivy Lea Bridge with the rest of that bar?

That would be fine, Ruth. 1/2 oz sounds like a perfect amount. I was really craving chocolate today and our grocery store has not had the fudgesicles for weeks. I think I might have to check the other grocery stores in town!

Thank god for those fudgesicles! I am a major chocoholic and that fudgsicle at the end of the day is my reward for eating right all day!
