Alright So in the past year I've had major health problems, concerning hormones. My body is UBER sensative to things. ex I cant eat too many leafy vegetables because it makes your blood thin and toys with my hormones, and causes me to bleed (or something like that...according to my mom) anyway I was wondering if anyone elses body was sensative to foods. I also heard that if you eat too much chicken the hormones from the chicken can cause you to not lose any weight
If this is true... this is SO frustrating. I live for chicken. (lol its the only thing I know how to cook well!) Anyway, point being....is anyone elses body sensative things? and having hormone problems...that may be effecting their diet??
