Yay Dawnyal, Tammy, Michelle, and Gretchen!!! :cb::cb::cb::cb: You guys are doing so well!!!! I just love, love, love seeing the success here....I find it so motivating and energizing!!

Now for my report: 2 more pounds down, for a total of 32 pounds! I keep trying to catch up with that Gretchen....but dang, she's on a mission from Gaad, in the words of Dan Ackroyd.... ;) You go, Gretchengirl -- you've earned every pound and then some.

Why Thank you Sarah.... But dearie, you ARE catching up with me... You are only trailing by a MEASLY 8 lbs... For a few weeks I was leveling out at a 2 lb loss per week.. Not that I am complaining because a loss is a loss and I will take it but none-the-less it seemed as if I was tapering off! THANKFULLY, I lost 4 this week which puts me right back on track for reaching my ultimate goal by October. Remember when I first jumped on the board??? I said I was going to try and lose 85 lbs by September/October.. I am nearly half way there and just a little under 3 months. It is totally amazing how much this "change" of eating is helping me out. I have never lost this much weight on a program of any sort before. It is an awesome feeling and it is really my total motivation... This group has really been a positive infulence. Sometimes you just need a place to check in and make sure you are on track. You are doing great Sarah!! Really Really Great. You too Tammy, Dawnyal, Michelle Michelle and all the rest of you! Thank you so much for being such great motivators and support system.

Down 2.5 pounds this week........it's been a really tough week, my mum is very ill in hospital, and there have definitely been days when I've had a hard fight with that Comfort Eating Monster....however I have persevered with the healthy eating and the exercise, and my mum is very very very very slowly recovering, I hope, from her second operation.....so I am hoping this week will be a little easier......only 4 pounds to go to Onderland!

Claire, with all the pressue for you to emotional eat you did so well!!! Congratulations on having the self-control to fight it. That is something to be very, very proud of. You are so close to Onederland now. It will be a great joy to see you make it in the next couple of weeks!! :) :)

Looks like it's been a great week for folks! I maintained this week, and I'm okay with that. On Sunday, I had General Chicken from the chinese place, and then not long after a good friend came to town and we went to Applebee's. Yeah, they have friendly fare there, but we said what the **** and went for it. Had the new tavern chips appetizer, fajitas and a blonde, with an apple margarita on the side. So considering that I probably deserved a gain, I'm content that I maintained.

Dana, Maintaining is very good! I hate the temptations of eating out. I had to deal with it tonight. It is not easy.

WOW! We've had a wonderful weight loss week here!

Holly - WOW! Talk about destroying that 180 mark!

Dawnyall - Congrats on reaching your first 10% loss!!

Michelle - Great job this year!

Gretchen - Holy Cow! A 4 lbs loss is wonderful!

Tammy - You continue to impress me. 3 more pounds gone forever!

Sarah - Great job on losing 2 more pounds this week!

Howie - First of all, congratulations to Kimberly! But you rock! Not only did you lose 5 lbs this week, but you entered the gates of Threedom! WOW!!

Kris - Congratulations on the .5 loss!

Clarie - I'm sorry to hear about your mum, but I've got to say that I am so impressed with your strenght in refraining from turning to food for comfort during this stressful time!

SAPA and Dana - Maintaining is nothing to sneeze at. It shows that you're doing something right.

As far as my week went, I deleted another 2 lbs this week for a total of 51 lbs gone in 2004.

Now, I have a question....when the heck slimdown change to Charbar!!! :?:
