DID WHOLE EXERCISE VIDEO AT HIGH INTENSITY HAD TO STOP AFTER 25MINS OF IT AND EAT MEDS MADE ME GET SICK I NEED TO DO IT BEFORE ME MEDS SO I GUESS ILL HAVE TO DO IT EARLIER.... I FINISHED IT AFTER I ATE IT....
I also started my period today which isn't good it because i already have low iron it make it extemely low and i feel awful during it ......
yes sugar it is 6 weeks....
My friend lost 32 lbs and i think 5 or 7" during her 6weeks she is currently doing another 6 weeks.... That the reason Im trying it coz i actually know someone it worked on....heres the website for anyone who wants to look slim in 6 website HEATHER

Did whole video today was easier than yesterday i think i need a break once during it a good two three mins get a drink and to just relax. Today i did it at mod/high intensity. Also did the treadmill for 10mins....

I did this dvd slowly my iron was very low today after my first post i just felt awful and tired usually when this happens my doctor said to eat something so i had milk muffin and 10 frosted shredded wheats yummy... it did make my calorie intake be a lil over 1300 but oh well.... I also did 20mins of low exercise like only burning 2cals per min but oh well atleast its exercise......
