Smile So lets post total losses...

I like seeing everyone's statistics, but some don't have it and some don't always post. I'd like to see total losses and when you started South Beach. Is that OK?

Jan 30th here
Total loss: 42.5

I started South Beach May 1 and weighed 242 and I'm now 232 so 10 lbs in 10 days.

Talking

I have been on SBD since 03/29/04 and have gone from 200 pounds to 188 (on my worst days). Total lost = 12 pounds.

BUT - for those considering SBD - I'm down 2 dress sizes and I have lost at least 2 inches from each my chest, waist, and hips!! Not bad for five weeks! I increased my level of exercise when I started the diet so my body is shrinking but I am putting on more muscle mass. Because my clothes are fitting so much better I don't stress over the number AT ALL! My skin is clearer, my body is firmer, I have more energy, cravings are gone, and I have a much more positive attitude!

Damn I look good!

Hi. I started SB last Monday [7 days ago] and am down 6 lbs., but I have not weighed in 3 days [that time of the month!]. Should be ok to weigh in tomorrow.

I started my weight-loss journey in March 2003 and am a total of 48 pounds down.

sb4Life, I am so very impressed and thrilled for you!!! I am hoping to lose about as much as you have, so it is very good to hear that it is possible!

I am so totally impressed with everyone's work here!

Pikapuffie, you are going to do GREAT! Do not stress! I bet you look fantastic!

lmarah, I love your attitude! It is wonderful! I put on a pair of pants that I bought a month ago, and they are falling off! Wow!!! What a wonderful feeling! And I started going to the gym on Monday, and am feeling so powerful and happy for it!

I started SBD on April 29. I have lost 19 pounds as of this morning.

Jenn, thanks for reminding me of the tom...I had forgotten how much that affects weigh ins...and that might be why there is not a bigger loss this week. Good call!

Good going, everyone!

Started SB 29 Mar 04.

SW: 176
CW: 161
GW: 125

Total lost: 15lbs

I have also lost a ton of inches. I went shopping the other day and I am down 3 sizes! My skin is clearer and I feel great, more energy and more self confidence. The weight just feels and looks like it is melting off everywhere. This is the best diet I have ever been on.
