Hi Guys! Do you ever feel like you need a day or two, just to recover from your weekend? Wow, I don't think I had one unplanned moment all weekend. Anyway, today won't be much better, so I thought I'd start the food log now before I missed out. Here goes:

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 sausage, and 1 coffee (4)

Snack: Roasted Chicken (0)

Lunch: Salad (5)

Snack: Peperoni slices (0)

Dinner: Salad (6)

Snack: Low-carb mousse (5)

Total: 20

Atkins bagel -- 9 (Last one, thank goodness!!)
Coffee with cream and SF syrup -- 2

Lunch:
Summer sausage -- 0
Asparagus -- 4

Snack:
Pepperoni stick -- 0

Supper:
Shrimp -- 0
Tomato -- 3

Snack:
Chocolate "milk" -- 2

TOTAL: 20 carbs

Ugh - this is so messed up!

5:00 - Bacon & cheddar omlet at Shari's (3)
8:30 - String cheese (1)
9:00 - Coffee w/splenda (2)
12:00 - LC pizza (8)
6:30 - Oven roasted asparagus (3)
7:30 - BBQ boneless pork ribs (1)

Total = 18

I just went to Subway for lunch for a salad (first time - for salad anyway). Anyway, I got the lowest carb salad, but didn't want the dressing that came w/it, and asked for ranch. I just got back to work to discover it is low-fat ranch and has 13 carbs per packet! I'm having my salad plain... Grrr...

Good Morning! I've found I've been doing really well sticking to plan during the day, but at night I have a tendency to eat a little too much. All low/no carb, but still, I shouldn't be eating it. Today I will not snack after dinner (I hope). Do you guys ever get that way?

Tuesday's Food Log:

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 sausage, and 1 coffee (4)

Snack: roasted chicken pieces (0)

Lunch: Baja Fresh - side-by-side (5)

Snack: Pepperoni slices (0)

Dinner: Salad (6)

Not really a plan today. Bad Star!!!!

10:00 - Smoked almonds (2)
1:00 - Chicken ceasar salad (3)

9:30 - Spoon full of peanut butter (3)

1/2 Cornish game hen grilled 0
Salad w/ romaine, cucumber, tomatoes 5
LC Cheese Cake 5


Nothing to drink but water, need to get away from the diet soda.
