I just made this with black Cherry SF Jello and Philly Cream cheese.. very easy,, very tasty...But I will probably cut the small jello by a quarter. The taste, and consistency was puuuurfect.. but it was a tooo tart/concentrated for DH..but still got thumbs up all around

I made this last week.. I ate it when everyone else was sucking down yummy tasty delicious Birthday Cake.. It was agony! But, I stuck to my guns and ate some of this. I made it with Lime Jello... and... I tried to make a crust out of ground almonds.. whew.. that was nasty.. so.. I ended up eating it and scraping off te almond crap.. I will make it with the cherry and forget the almond crap.. and.. I may fall in love!

Made three batches of this last night - orange, raspberry and cherry. Very good! I wouldn't say it exactly tastes like cheesecake - but it's good!

I tried this using sf cherry jello and it was horrible. I'm not sure what I expected but the consistancy was thickish and lumpy despite me mixing until smooth. I can't describe the taste but it wasn't good. I threw it out. I'm not sure what I did differently than you guys or if my taste buds just didn't agree.

I made this last night with the sugar free orange jello. I added 4 packs of splenda. I used a mixer to blend it. It only took about an hour to set. It was very good.

I've never tried this for several reasons, the main 2 are...for me, cream cheese (although allowed on Atkins) is a no-no. I can not exercise portion control with it. Before I know it, I've eaten an entire package:o I also avoid sugar-free Jello due to it containing aspartame. While this may not be a problem for some, for me, I avoid it.

All the best to you!

The Southbeach cookbook a friend gave me has several recipes for Ricotta cream, which are basically Ricotta cheese sweetened with Splenda and other flavorings (like almond extract and slivered almonds for one, instant coffee and cocoa powder for a mocha flavored one). I hadn't tried them, but I did sweeten about 1/4 cup of reduced fat ricotta with splenda to use as a dip for strawberries, it was really good.

I just whipped up a batch with lime jello it looks good. How many servings do you think this makes? What would be the carb count per serving. I poured it into 5 seperate little glass dishes.

You can make your own Jello using Splenda:

I tried this with the jello and cream cheese and wasn't too crazy about it, like someone else said, it was cream cheese with jello in it and I'm not a huge jello fan. But there is a recipe in the SBD section of the forum for breakfast cheesecake, made with cc, eggs, and cottage cheese, and that was really yummy, more like cheesecake, and with a spoonful of sf strawberry preserves on top, oh boy! I felt guilty eating it for breakfast, and DH liked it too. We had it for dessert.
I like the Ricotta cheese dessert too, with different flavorings and nuts and things in it. Very satisfying if you've got the munchies.

Good as those 2 suggestions sound....neither of them contain ingredients allowed on Atkins Induction.

These are several Atkins Induction friendly cheecakes:

I loooove cheesecake but absolutely hate all sugar substitutes. I can't stand the aftertaste. I have really struggled to find "sweet" items that I actually enjoy. I have been experimenting with Wonderslim products lately. I took a few tablespoons of cream cheese, mixed it with a few tablespoons of cream then added in maybe a 1/3 (or less) of the Wonderslim strawberry cream pudding and shake mix. OH MY GOODNESS, SOOO YUMMY!!
