A group of us went bowling last night, and I ordered a steak and salad, NO fries, and a diet coke. After a decade, the server brought me steak, salad, and a HUMUNGOUS pile of fries, and what I belatedly discovered to be a regular coke!
So I had 2 itsy bitsy fries, and about 50mLs of the coke before I realised it was regular :P
I just scarfed down a LC pizza and a skinny cow bar and all I can think of is having ANOTHER skinny cow bar!! (They are speaking from the freezer!! :0 )
OOOOOO tomorrow on MOM's day I am selling out in a BIG way! Iam having brunch and I am gonna have waffles cause I have been craving them for a month now! YIPPPEEEEEE
Crud. Did a GS outing today. Dang it. Thought I could abstain from the goodies there. nope. Downed some pastry sweets. And tacos (what amounted to 1 taco), and some nachos. UGH!! But I learned to dance!!! So worked some of it off!!
(They were handing out cards for private dance lessons. Doubt my DH would let me take lessons from them!! WOWSA!!!!!!)
OMG. I'm SOOO glad I don't do this often. I feel like puking and my lips/mouth is SOOO dry!! I'll have to suffer through that all tomorrow to get rid of these stupid carbs I ingested. I know--just call me an idiot cuz I KNEW what was going to happen. Good thing is I felt guilty and that made me get on the treadmill and walk for 2miles to try and make up for some of it
Oh....did I mention I'm bloated, pms'y, crampy and just downright not a joy to live with? TOM has arrived so this indulgence was a punishment for myself I guess (not a joy like I thought it'd be). ARGH! I think for indugences from now on I should stick with the low carb stuff. At least THAT stuff doesn't leave me THIS bad off! Live and learn!
Yesterday I had a chocolate covered cake doughnut and I have to say I enjoyed every last bite! Then I over indulged on the low carb pumpkin squares, icecream bars and walnuts. I drank no water and I sat on my butt the entire day.
So overall it wasn't the best of my eating days but no regrets.. until Wed. when the scale screams at me!
