Remember, just before I left for Maui I had to take my Computer in to have a new fan installed. Well last Tuesday when the gals were here I was telling them for some reason my cordless mouse was not working. The computer kept saying "there was no mousie connection". :( Well we all had a go at trying to figure out why.......but couldn't. Later, in the evening I connected my old mouse (the mousie that came with the computer) and that seemed to work. Yesterday my Son came over to see why the cordess one wasn't working, and now it seemed the other mouse wasn't working to well either....WELL....that's because the little plug thingme's in my computer were "fried". I told my Son a few times over the month that my computer seemed "hot" at that back and was that normal. He didn't check, just said, I'm sure it's fine. He really felt bad that he had not paid more attention to my complaint, because something sure was wrong. He shut the computer off and he could not get it on again. This morning he took it back to the computer Store and dealt with the owner. When they looked at where the "NEW FAN" should have been installed it was very obvious that the plate around it had never been removed. There was a little "yellow seal" thing there and it was still intact. The fellow that I had been dealing with is no longer there (I can see why). He told me he had the new fan for my computer, and had my computer in the repair shop for 3 days. When my Son phoned the shop the day before I left on holidays to see if my computer was fixed the fellow said, "oh yes, your Mom can come and pick it up." I went in, paid $55.00 or something like that and brought it home AND HE NEVER DID A THING TO IT. Well, the good news is the owner felt really bad about what happened, and I ended up with the new components (that I needed), a bigger computer box, so that a bigger fan would fit, and they did it all in a matter of a few hours, free of charge of course. :) OH BROTHER.
Karen I don't remember any recipe like the one you described, sorry, not with pudding in it.
Lily What caused you to have a "bad day"? Nothing serious I hope. I wondered where you were. Missed you. :)
Trudy your new shoes sound nice, will I see them Tuesday? Is that story "Intensity" the one I told you about?
Peggy The ceiling is probably the only place in the kitchen that didn't have globs of dough.

Trudy: Your new loafers sound wonderful. I like the name to! My DH loves the mall. Its me that hates to go with him. I like to go get what I want and leave. I really think he should of been a women he looks at everything and has 5000 pair of shoes.
Peggy: Just the oposite here. It was rainy and cold today. Did clear up enough so we could barbeque tho.
Slavika: Good thing they fixed it free and with in hours to. Can see why that guy no longer works there. How did the bread come out? My day yesterday was just really stressful. Didnt sleep well the night before either. And last night I was awake again for most the night. Then I got called back into work today for 3 hours. ALAS.. Hardly ever happens. Hopefully I will sleep tonight. I better! I have Insomina now to other wise I would be sleeping now.
Hopefully it will be nice tomorrow I really need to work in my yard. The weeds are taking over. Put on my shorts and get some sun on my lily white legs. :)

G'day all,
Back again here in Sydney after a week in Melbourne. I had a lovely time in Melbourne with my daughter and came across quite a few bargains;). The week started off badly with dh leaving his mobile phone in the taxi in Sydney! Lost of ringing around (lucky I don't loose my phone!) and the phone was to be couriered out to us overnight, it finally arrived the day we were leaving to come back here! The comedy festival was on in Melbourne and we caught a few shows and also the annual garden show was on, displays were quite magnificent.
We have also moved from about 10km out of the city of Sydney to right in the heart of Sydney. The move is great, lovely apartment on the 18th floor overlooking the harbour. All the city shops etc are all within walking distance and there seems to some activity every day.
Son and partner are coming next friday to stay, looking forward to seeing them.
I have read all the posts and it was good to catch up with what all you guys are up to in particular Glenda so pleased to hear about your blood tests results and your lawyer son :)
My weight is an absolute misery :( it is so difficult to work out the points of so many different foods that we have in restaurants. In our new apartment there is quite a large gym and an indoor pool. Son and partner are both fitness freaks, son has promised to set a fitness program for me. (they were both personal trainers in London) so here we go again.
I am having quite a few problems with my computer (I know I am not the only one!!!) by the way Slavika I have a cordless mouse at home and found it ok, got quite frustrated a few times when the mouse just did not go or very intermittently. Plugged in my old mouse again and all was fine. Then someone told me that the battery was probably flat!!!! Never thought of that and sure enough put new batteries in and all was well. I have found it does need the batteries replaced quite regularly.
I better post this quick smart before I get booted off again. :(
Have a great day all
Cheers

Karen this is the only one I could find.FRUIT SALAD
3 oz orange juice concentrate (undiluted and thawed)
1 15-oz can pineapple chunks in juice
Grapes, other fruit as desired.
Mix the pineapple juice, the thawed orange juice and the pudding. Add the
yogurt and mix well. Throw in whatever fruit you like in whatever proportions
you like. (Bananas and apples will not turn because of the citric
acid in the OJ).
POINTS: The "sauce" is 10 points - add the points for the fruit.
Be sure you add fruit in 1/2 cup increments therefore to
calculate points.
20 servings - 2.5 points each

The Fruit Salad sounds good but it's not the one I was thinking of . Maybe I just dreamed that I ate it what do you think.:dizzy: Thanks anyway I plan to give this one out at my meeting this week. I will give you credit.
Well we spent the whole day trying to figure out how to use the new scanner.:?: Finally gave it up for the day . Managed to screw up the printer in the process. Called Gateway tech support and finally got the printer printing again. All this technical stuff is for the birds . I need my own personal tech person sitting here telling me step by step how to do something.
My son called earlier he was headed for Nashville with a load. He was excited and wanted to tell me that his girlfriend called from Africa. He say's what a shock to be driving through Wisconsin and have your cell ring and get a call from Africa. She is sick from all the different foods I guess and was just resting up today. Hopefully she'll be better in the morning. So she can enjoy the rest of the trip. She will be coming home at the end of the week.
Maria Sounds like a wonderful place to be living. take advantage of the fitness room . How much longer will you be away from home?
Well just thought I'd check in and see who was around. I'll check back later

 Hi Everybody
Maria well hello there, and welcome back. Glad you enjoyed your time with your daughter. Your new place sounds quite nice...I'm sure you will enjoy it.
After church today we went to Costco and I bought the book "Left Behind". There was so much talk about the series on these boards that I thought I would give it try. After Costco we went to Safeway and I bought a 18lb turkey. That should be enough for 6 adults and 2 little children. :D LOL Next, we went to our Dairy Queen store (ice cream store) and got a ice cream cake for dessert for Easter I will likely make something too, but everybody likes those cakes and that takes the pressure off me to make something. At our last WW meeting some gals were talking about about these "Fudge Bars" at Dairy Queen that are only 55 cal. or 1 pt. In fact one of our Tea Time friends buys them too. Well I got a box of them today and they are excellent. You have to wait a couple of minutes before eating them because they taste richer and creamier if they thaw a wee bit. :)
Tomorrow I plan on making my meat balls in the morning then I will just freeze them and in the afternoon the Princess  will be here.
We had a fairly nice day here, not a lot of sun, but some.
Have a nice evening everybody.

Maria: Good to see you back! Sounds like you had a great time! Sould be fun when son comes to visit to. Sounds like a great place you are at. I would take advantage of the fitness room while you have the chance.
Peggy: That recipe looks good! Will have to try it.
Karen: I looked in all my books and didnt come up with anything. I tried!
Slavika: what time is dinner on easter? Sounds yummy. Your getting everything done early. Good for you will save lots of time when people are there. I like to do that to, then its not so stressful the day of the party.
Was rainy all day here. We did go shopping but I didnt buy anything. We were looking for a house warming gift. I usually find something, but every thing today just didnt thrill me. Must not of really been in the mood to shop. Have a great night all!

Hi Everybody
I came back for one more little peek before getting ready for bed. Karen I know what you mean about the scanner and the printer. I finally did manage to get it all hooked up and working. My scanner is not the best, but I really haven't used it much either.
Lily what a cute little bunny you found. I was looking for something like that too, but ALAS I didn't find it. :D
I thought maybe my friend Trudy posted, and I was going to read it, but........she didn't. :(
"See" you all tomorrow.

I have had quite a good day, rode a bike (in the gym) for 20 minutes, did some hand weights and had a swim.
I then took myself off to have a look at the shops and trying to find a place to have my jawline waxed :(
I have noticed some ads on TV about some cream that takes the hair off permanently, at home I would have to send away for it but here I can actually buy it.
I got chatting to the girl in the chemist shop and also asked about a herbal pill called fat blasters!!!
She asked if I would be her guinea pig and have a try at them. I have to journal etc.etc. and go and see her next week. I thought what the heck, I will let you know how it goes. It is supposed to break down the fat in your food before it has a chance to permanently settle in your body.
Just reading about your turkey etc. Slavika sounds very yummy.
I should be here till early July but I have just had a call from dh to tell me there are more changes afoot. Don't know quite what yet. All these changes it is enough to drive a person to drink!
Cheers

Don't you just love those DQ fudge bars? I have a DQ within walkable distance. The orange and vanilla bars are good too. Used to go there every Weds when I used to babysit for my nieces 2 munchkins. We would go to the library and then to DQ. I have to watch them Friday so we will probably go then. Lily needs to quit her job and travel around and give us computer help. I hope you are feeling better. Slavika glad your computer is o.k. They should watch who they hire - that never should have happened. Maria you really have an exciting life. When things settle down you will get back in the groove and start losing. I have heard about those fat blasting pills. Can't wait to hear how they work. Karen You are not dreaming about that fruit salad. I used to have the recipe - but it was written on a little piece of paper and now I can't find it. It is another beautiful day so I need to go take advantage of it. Peggy

 Hello everyone!
I was traveling for work this week and didn't get much chance to read or reply.
Glenda: Good news for your health and congrats on having a Lawyer in the family! Hope you
celebrated this weekend.
Dee: Hope things get going in a positive way soon. I think you could give seminars on handling stress.
I am off on vacation Thursday with my Mother. We are flying in to Memphis and then taking a cruise
down the Mississippi to New Orleans. We are leaving cold & wet California for the warm and wet
South! DH is staying home as this is more of a Mother Daughter thing. She is getting more frail (she's
87) but is really looking forward to this trip. We are taking the walker and I've requested wheelchairs
for her at the airports. I am bringing some WW food (bars etc) and plan to drink lots of water and to
walk a lot! (and very brave for me) I am bringing my swimsuit - actually I bought a new one. I will be
exercising. I will not have access to a computer for over a week - I will be going through withdrawal!
 ! All I hope is that I do not repeat Karen's experience and have a vacation from ****!
Lily: I expect that you will be at or almost at goal when I get back so we can celebrate.
I lost 2.1 at WI on Saturday which covers two weeks as I was ill last weekend. So I guess my Spring
Challenge will end with me losing 13.8 lbs. Not 30 but I'll take 'em
Just wanted you to know I am not lost out here in cyberspace!

Just a quick note to Margot. Have a great time. I am very jealous if you are going on The Mississippi Queen or the Delta Queen. They are both beautiful. We have a riverboat festival here every few years - Tall Stacks- and they all come in for a long weekend. Good for your mom - have fun! Peggy

So nice to catch up with you busy little bees! Slavika - You will enjoy the "Left Behind" series. The first one is really a gripper. Your computer problems just make me see red. Can you imagine just handing back a computer the way it came in and charging $55! What is wrong with people! (Loved your joke and will pass it on.)
I wonder if it is just age or what. I went shopping on Saturday, was going to get a new Easter outfit. I tried on a few things and just thought I had a cute dress at home. Sometimes I just have no desire to buy anything and, believe me, that is not like me. Maybe I just have too many clothes now and not enough room for them.
Over the weekend we didn't celebrate at all, except in our heart. My son and his fiance went to Kansas City and gambled, won enough to pay for their trip. Leon and I had a "downtime" weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Leon cleaned up the yard and I cleaned up the house and did laundry. We went to the show and saw "Along Came a Spider" (that name doesn't look right) and didn't much like it. I love Morgan Freeman and I love Patterson's character of Alex Cross, but there were so many "holes" in the story. They should have stayed with the story in the book.
Is it possible to just want to shout to the heavens with happiness! This spring is just so beautiful. The flowers are so lush and I feel good and my sons are doing well. At church yesterday I was so emotional. Life is just so sweet!

Hi everyone: I feel like I've been gone for a month, instead of a week. Missed a lot. We were so busy at church with big events, and things going on here in our resident park, that I didn't spend much time at all on the web. This being chairman of the Social Club is more demanding than I thought.I think one whole thread went by and I missed it all.
Last week was my husbands birthday, and we celebrated with some more April people. We've had a Strawberry Social, and a Toodleoo Dinner for all the Snowbirds who are going back north again.
The fruit salad recipe sounds great. We are planning a Luau for our Club house, and I'm looking for recipes that would be Hawaiian in flavor. Any suggestions. We are looking for a good Punch recipe. Have you ever heard of a MaiTai punch?
Bluebunny has very good fudge bars and creamsicle bars only one point each.I get them at our Walmart Super store. We don't have a DQ nearby but will try them, when I get a chance.
I miss a lot of things not having a computer, but as I listen to all your troubles, maybe it is not so bad.
Going out to eat tonight to say bye bye to friends going North for the summer. I'd love a Mississippi River Boat trip. We have been to New Orleans-an interesting place. More power to your 87 year old Mom. That's the stuff that keeps her 'young'.
I'll check in again soon. Bye for now, Ann

G'day all,
Margot your trip sound fantastic, hope you will tell us all when you return.
lizziepie I don't really know of any fruit punch, the evening you are planning sounds great. I loved the toodleloo dinner for your snowbirds, I had never heard of that.
Today is the first day I have started taken the 'fat blasting' pills, don't feel much different yet. I will just try and stick to the points system and if these 'very natural' ingredients in the fatblasting pills help me along a bit, that would be great:)
Glenda your joy for life comes thru in your posts. I am so pleased for you. In some ways the tough things in life make you appreciate the simple joys of life such as ones health, the success of ones children and of course the beauty of spring (in my case the changes that autumn brings) Sorry but I cannot agree with having too many clothes, you can never have too many :D:D
Have a great day all, I know I have said it before but I do enjoy reading your posts especially when I think another 3 months before we are home, the only consistant thing in my life is you guys :):)
I am not complaining though ;)

 Hi everybody
Maria There are several sites on the internet that talk about herbal pills and weight loss...and as a rule they don't do anything. They don't do you any good but they don't do you any harm either. Some tho contain ingredients which just are not good for you such as the ones containing "Ephedra". There is a web site called, www.dietfraud.com that you could check out if want to. Keep us posted, we all have "inquiring minds". :) Lily thank you for pointing out that web site. I had a quick peek when the Princess was over this afternoon, and there was lots of cute stuff. :)
Glenda boy your happiness and joy are coming right through my monitor. It makes me happy to see you so HAPPY. :D
Margot WTG on the 2.1# weight loss. Good for you. So you and your Mom are going on a cruise to New Orleans....wish I was going. On the plane to Maui I sat next to a fellow who lived in New Orleans and he just loved it. He had a portable CD player with him and was listening to music by a group called, FILE'. I checked Napster (it was still running then) but I couldn't find anything. The group was really good if you like cajun/creole music. I thought it was great. I hope you and your Mom have a wonderful time.
Lizziepie well you sure have been busy. It was nice reading your post and finding out some of the things you have been up to. I will look for punch recipes that might be appropriate and if I find anything I will post it for you.
Trudy my friend, how are you doing and what are you doing? Hope to see you tomorrow at Tea Time.

Slavika- Once you get started in the "Left Behind " series, you'll want to read them all. They do keep you on the edge of your seat, so to speak, and I couldn't wait to get to the next one. Now we have to wait until summer for the ninth book. Also there is a film/video out on the First book 'Left Behind' It is very good, but I saw it after I had read all the books, and it made me want to see more.
Glenda- I think you have 'the Joy of the Lord' Your posts show it.

Good Morning, Thunderstorms today. Karen I'm glad you finally found your fruit salad recipe. I found a good site. She has lost over 100 pounds and she has a lot of good WW recipes. It is http://www.debbiescorner.com/. She also has some cute poems you can relate to. I am going to check out the diet fraud site. I tried taking Chitosan and it about killed my stomach. Other than that it didn't do a thing. Ann I don't have a recipe for punch but I will look. Have you been doing any quilting? I noticed a quilting store has opened in the area - will have to check it out. I have never heard of a Toodleoo dinner. Sounds like fun. Have to ask my friend when she comes back if they have them where she goes. Have a nice day, Peggy

G'day all,
It is quite a beautiful sunny autumn day here in Sydney. I am settling well into this new apartment, tonight my Adobe Photoshop course :)
Thank you all for your concern re my fatblaster pills.
Slavika everything you said about them I know but I still give in and get sucked in :(
Here is the website of this wonder pill :D:D
http://www.naturopathica.com.au/!naturopathica/index.htm I would be interested in any of your comments.
It sounds oh so simple but I know nothing in life is that simple. It does seem to make me feel very full but then when I went shopping there was a young girl handing out beautiful, delicious Lindt chocolates, you can guess the rest!
I am going to check out doing my grocery shopping on-line. Being right in the city there are only 'convenient' shops nearby. I will have to seriously stock up on food with my son and partner coming on Friday.
Cannot wait for their visit, unfortunately dh has to spend 2 days in Melbourne whilst they are here, on the up side he can personally deliver the easter eggs to our daughter in Melbourne who is a chocoholic (and skinny!!!!)
Have a great day all

Good evening:
I'm happy to report I actually four thread 106 and read up on all I had missed. Even the vacation from
Karen: I like the Fruit Salad recipe and hope to try it this week. I might even be able to use it for our Hawaiian party.
Peggy: I just had a bone density test a couple of weeks ago, and am happy to report that after a year on MIacalcin my numbers have improved from a year ago. So I'm going to stay on the same regimen. Since I finished my baby quilt, now I am back trying to finish my other project-a queen/king quilt. I have it about half quilted. Been working on it a long time. All done by hand, no machine work.
I've been hearing some bad things are happening in Cincinnati. Hope the swat team/riot squad has it under control.
Lily: 3#to goal. The hardest 3 of all. But worth it when you get there, get the star, and all the trappings. But then, here I am still working on the same 3. But we all know that it is a permanent life-style change.Non easy tho'.
Glenda: I wish I had your will power-no candy. My husband is a candy eater, especially chocolate, and I have to work at my will-poer all the time, and latelyhave been failing miserably.
Maria: That was a great picture. Is that the Syndey Opera House? All the amenities of your home away from home sound great. But I add my 'be careful' about the fat-buster pills. It always seems to me when something sounds to good to be true, it usually is.
I have a bread machine, and we enjoy all the good bread. I slice it, then freeze it, and then take out just what we need. That way I'm not tempted to 'oink out'.
Will be waiting to hear about the Riverboat trip. We just booked a cottage in Rockland Maine, for the end of June. We have a son there and he found this bargain for us. We need all the bargains we can get.
Good night all. Ann

ME :D.. lots of cheering and clapping going on as I do cartwheels across the floor.
I haven't been around for a few days and I can't believe how many posts I had to read.
Lily... I got my present today. It is fortuitious to have a friend who knows me so well. Slavika gave me a Better Homes & Gardens BREAD MACHINE BOUNTY COOKBOOK. I am in heaven ... love cookbooks. Anyone who needs a great recipe - just let me know.
Karen... I just checked over at the WW General site and saw the Fruit Salad posted. Those gals really responded fast. I will try it - it looks delicious.
Maria.. I really believe the only way to lose weight and keep it off is by diet and exercise. There is no magic pill, and sometimes the ingredients in these pills have unwanted side effects.
There is never a dull moment in your life, you are really keeping yourself busy. Enjoy!! Isn't it strange, you are looking forward to autumn and we are having spring, it's really great having you post with us.
Glenda... Oh, you sound so happy today, it made me :). We should all embrace the good things that happen in our lives and forget the bad. .... and never, never leave a cute outfit hanging on the rack. :nono:
Peggy.. your Fruit Salad recipe looks like winner. I will have to try that one too. It's great the way everyone tries to help each other.
Ann.. What is a Toodleoo Dinner? I don't have any punch recipes... but ask Slavika - she served a great one at Christmas.
Margot.. I hope you have a great vacation with your Mom. WTG on the loss. :)
Slavika ... now I have to buy DQ Fudge bars. I just want to know 1 thing... HOW MANY meatballs did you make? Is that "army" stopping by for Easter dinner too? Thanks for my present
I had a great day today, hope everyone else did too.
Goodnight.....

10:20AM I'm sitting at my computer in my sweats learning a few more things about this new set up . When my mind wanders as it does from time to time. I began to think about changing the last page on my flip chart for my Tuesday meeting, and it hits me Oh my Gowd!!! I'm supposed to be the leader at the morning meeting in Brainerd. I jumped up screamed at DH I'm supposed to be in Brainerd. He says are you sure. It's Tuesday not Thursday. Yes I say, as I'm throwing on my glad rags and putting on a layer of make up (only had time for one layer) All the while Im throwing things into my Back pack and grabbing the flip chart and flew out the door. The time is now 10:42 And the meeting begins at 11:30 and itsa 35mile drive in the misting rain and fog. It was 11:15 when I walked through the door and my poor receptionist was very glad to see me. I had enough time to weight a few people and to make a potty trip and then start the meeting. What a way to start the day. The meeting went well and so did my night meeting I never did change the last page of the flip chart.
Way to go Trudy back to goal. We all knew it would happen. I personaly would have liked to see the cartwheels:) I'm glad you finally got your present today I was wanting to know if you liked it. And now I see that you did.

Ok this last recipe I have made many many times and I like it very much, but I don't know how Hawaiian it would be:
ORANGE PINEAPPLE PUNCH
1 - 46 oz can unsweetened pineapple juice (chilled)
1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 - 6 oz can frozen orange juice concentate (thawed)
2 - large bottles of ginger ale chilled
ice cubes
Orange slices and pineapple slices for garnish
Combine the pineapple juice, sweetened condensed milk and orange juice concentrate. Add the ginger ale and ice cubes just before serving. Float the fruit on top.
Ok, time for me to go to my little beddie now. Night all.
I hope these recipes help you out Ann. :)

Trudy so good to 'see' you again, I enjoyed reading your post and yes you are absolutely right about the fatblasting pills and I do know the only way is ww and excercise. At times it all becomes so difficult when one is out of their normal routine and I got sucked in :( 100% my own fault.
I can tell you are pleased with your bread making machine, enjoy :)
Ann yes that was picture of the Sydney opera house. DH and I have gone to watch a few plays there and it is really nice.
See you all, must get ready for my Photoshop class.
Cheers

Weigh to go Trudy!!!! Keep on doing those cartwheels. How many bread recipes have you made by now? Ann things don't seem to be going well this morning. City Hall is under lockdown. A lot of rioting and looting going on. It's on CNN if you don't know what is going on here. That quilt would fit on my bed if you don't know what to do with it. Maine sounds wonderful - have never been there. Always go for the deal. We are trying to get a trip together to New Orleans in July. A friend works in a school and she can only go in the summer when it is hot. Karen sounds like you had quite a day. At least you remembered and got there in time. Maria I've never met a Lindt chocolate that I didn't like. Couldn't have passed that up either. Hope that you are getting settled. Enjoy your visit with your son. Well Slavika I know where to go when I need a recipe. Those punch recipes sound yummy. I have to try the one with condensed milk - lowfat of course. My WI this morning I lost 2 pounds. Now the really hard part is to keep it off. Bye for now, Peggy

Slavika- Thanks for the recipes. All of them sound great-- will just have to decide on which ones. We plan to have one punch with and one without. Our menu, at this time anyway, will be roast pork, rice pilaf, vegetable, salad, and fresh fruit, King hawaiian bread, and then a variety of cakes pineapple, coconut, etc for dessert. Any suggestions?
Karen-That sure is a bad way to start a day, but you made it. That's the best part.Since you are a leader, you can just keep us all in line.
Trudy- Have you put your present to the test yet? Hope you'll give me all the pointers on staying at or below your goal. I'm having a struggle.
Peggy- Been keeping track of the news. Scary isn't it.
Time for lunch and off to my volunteer desk job. Do that one afternoon a week. Ann

Hi gals
I broke my rule about only listening to the audio tapes while I work out and brought INTENSITY home to listen to. I found that it needed my undivided attention to listen to it. You all were right, it was a really good book and will read others by this author.
Slavika.. I cannot tell a lie... I "pinched" the TIGGER from someone else at 3FC.. he was so cute I couldn't help myself. The TTFN came with it  I bought my DQ Fudge Bars today, also picked up my pyrogies for Easter. How did your day go?
Karen... When you get a "Senior's Moment" you really get one. I had a good laugh at your story. At least you got there in time for the meeting.
Peggy.. that is scary news about the riots. What ever possesses people to be so violent? Stay away from the downtown area.
Ann.. the menu sounds delicious. Too bad we all can't have a little taste... :^:
Maria... Lindt chocolate. I am a self-confessed chocoholic. Once I get one taste, I need more. Yesterday the Tea Time gals discussed how chocolate melts in your mouth with a little bit of hot coffee... how smooth it is.... I had better stop or will have to go out and buy some.
This is a good link to look at www.eatright.org I found some sound advice there, nothing we haven't heard before, but thought I could read it again.
Thanks for all the congrats gals. I am still beaming, but will I be able to stay here? Only time will tell. It's a work in progress. Although I have to admit that if I ever stopped going to meetings I would probably gain horribly. And even though I go over goal from time to time, I have never gained back the 35 original lbs.
My DD is having a Body Shop Party tonight (:nono: it's not what you are thinking  )..... they are selling perfumes, oils, lotions, bubble baths and salts etc. So I will see you all tomorrow.... Bye Bye :)
