I take it you're not on induction. Otherwise it looks good. You use the atkins bars a lot. Do they stall you?

They don't stall my sister either, it all depends on your body.

I'm usually not sure if it's the atkins bars that stall me or the things I eat with it. lol

I didn't think that the damn sugar alcohols were slowing me down at all until I stopped eating them. Humongous whoosh!!! Like 1/2 a pound a day for 3 weeks.
Anyway, you may want to plug that into fitday and check your calories because they do matter. It looks like yours may be too high.

Marie, kitkat now has a sampler bag, dark, milk and white chocolate mini kitkats, can you imagine ????????? I've heard as long as no one was looking, it didn't count, and don't forget to wash it down with a diet soda.
I'll check to see if they can stall, let you know next week ;)

Ok. I'm heading out of this thread REAL fast before I actually BELIEVE there is junk food that doesn't stick to my hips, thighs and gut.

Ok, I'm totally going with the calorie issue, here.
By the time you've finished lunch, you've aready had 1674 calories! That's an awful lot of energy to burn off and probably closer to what you should be shooting for for and entire day.
Just my 2 cents.

The thing that pisses me off Leenie, is we have to pay for everything we DO eat...but what about the stuff we WANT to eat, but don't?...Shouldnt we get at least half credit for that?..
