Wow, good sugar alchohol article. Seems to all go back to the common saying.....Moderation is the key. I don't seem to have any "issues" after consuming anything with sugar alchohols in it, but I still don't want them becoming an everyday thing in my foods. To me, that is just replacing one evil with another :lol: Anyway, just my 2 cents. :)
