I lost 6.5 pounds.

That's fantastic, Ruth! I only lost 4lbs, but I'm gearing up to lose 8 this month!

I am only down 6 pounds, but I am happy with that. I will try again for 8 in May

I lost 10.5, and I'm trying for another 10 in May..................Jo

Well, I didn't do the 10 pounds I was hoping for..... :( I lost 7.5. I actually gained 1/2 pound. Boo, but ya know what? I'm not going to complain. I'm headed in the right direction. So are ya'll!

I made 11 of the 12 pounds I was hoping for as of this morning. I've been down as much as 14 pounds in the past week. I don't know where this three pounds is coming from!?! And I've been so good. :shrug:

Popped in to say hi, back to controlled carbs and down to 149 today!!! Hurray!!!

LOL, I 'm with you Ellis. I gain 3 too.( i had parties every weekend) But I am back on track. I think I will sign up for May and aim for 7 pounds.
