Hello,
My name is Jenn and my husband is Greg. We both are starting the SBD today. I ordered the cookbook....but until it arrives weare sort of winging it. ;)

I am just hoping that I iwll be able to find some support here. I have NO willpower when it comes to carbs!!!

Congrats to all who have lost so much weight already!

I think the recipes on this site are much better than those in the book. You should check them out.

Sure is a lot better doing SB family-style. Seems like all DH, DS (Darling Sister) and I talk about anymore is SB recipes, SB cardio benefits...

Hi...Monday, May 3rd. will start my third week! I lost 9 lbs. the first week and I will weigh monday.
Now the question is about Phase 2...a pieace of fruit added a day and starches once or twice a week...is that right?

Welcome, Tigerdawg! :wave: Yes, that's about it. I added one piece of fruit and one slice of whole grain bread a day.
