Happy Monday all
I've been doing really well eating low fat/1200 - 1500 cals a day this past week and have been walking almost every day. This weekend though I had my in laws come and visit Friday - Sunday so I chose not to keep up with the diet. Still, I ate sensibly and didn't overdo the sweet foods and this morning I am back on my plan.
It's my weekly weigh day tomorrow so I'm a feeling a little bit nervous about what the scales will say. This week is also that TOM so I am bound to bloat up as usual. Still, I'm not letting myself get too wound up over it and next week I will be back to normal.
