I decided to add fruit to my foods. Well, I grabbed a bag out of our freezer that we had frozen last summer. I was all ready to munch on a couple. EWWW. Either my tastes have changed drastically or they're no good. UGH!!! Now I need to find some other type of fruit. Maybe I should just go with the sf jello.

Strawberries are just coming into season or will be soon so maybe you should try fresh? Any berries are good - blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc. Or maybe try a little bit of cantalope or honeydew.
I still love the way they all taste. It's just tough to remember portion control ;)

Oh dear. Who knew berries would start a line of bad-girl confessions of their own!!
And my problem I think will be portion control. I'm not sure I could control them down to where they're where it needs to be. I admit I'm an over-eater. Once I'm allowed something I'm afraid of OVER-doing it. (sunflower seeds, pistacchios come to mind).

I had some macadamias last night...only a little bit. I'm still doing induction, I can tell I'm in ketosis now ;)
But I figure I'll cheat badly unless I add in little things very occasionally. And nuts aren't that bad either, huh :)

I eat more than "some". My "some" is 1/2 the container (pistacchios).
