Just wondering what kinds of things other people munch on that are OP.

I found two things, that are probably not that great but keep me on plan... one is dry roasted endamame (soybeans) they get rid on my need for the salty/crunchy. 140 calories for a 1/4 cup, 6 fat 9 car 4 fiber and 14 protein. and not too bad tasting either. reminds me of pumpkin seeds.

the other is ashers brand chocolate bars. They are very flavorful. My hubby and I usually share one and I don't have the label to look at. They are sugar free and even if i wasn't sugar conscious I would pick these candy bars over any other regular candy bars too.
Anyone else ?

Right now I'm noshing on green pepper spears and salsa. It's delicious!

I have tried and tried to like peppers...

but i just DONT!!! :) My hubby doesn't understand. but then again, he hates soybeans, so what difference does it make to him? *LOL*

I am an avacado addict too and I know they are not the best for you, but sometimes you just have to go for it anyway :)
