Alright we need a challenge...or better yet, I need a challenge!!

Memorial Day is the next major day...and it's long enough away to show some great results!!

I will kick it off with my goals...they may be lofty, but the husband will be gone for 16 days during this and it always is good for my workouts because I have no reason to rush home!! :-) and I don't eat as bad!

SO...
1) EXERCISE 5 DAYS A WEEK!! at the gym
2) Get up to 2 miles for warm up
3) Do Pilates 3 days a week at home
4) Eat healthy...no more cake and candy!!
5) Journal!!
6) Get into the 160's starting at 180...
7) Measurements 41/34/41

My new goal is that when I hit 155 I can start trying to have babies!! I may wait a little longer, but I can't even think about it until then. That will get me going :-)

I'm in, though I'll be ending on May 21. I have a very loooong trip that starts that day. However, I could use the motivation to be at 10% by then.

no major goals except to continue journalling, drinking water and keep on running --
3 miles without stopping by May 15!

I'd like to join too.

My goals are:

1. Drink my WATER
2. Break 190 (10 lbs)
3. Exercise minimum 4 times per week (I do Curves)
4. Find something else to do between 8 pm and bedtime other than EAT

Looking forward to my 1st challenge -
4.

So glad you started a challenge. I was missing one! I'm in!
This is what I will do:
1. journal
2. exercise for 30 minutes at least 4 x a week.
3. hit my target points
4. record accurately any points I go over the target
5. Really do it!

Good luck to us all!

Okay, weighed in today down 1.4#, so I'm about .2# away from my original 10% again and 10% away from my goal. :) I'm going to continue keeping off those carbs, walking and running, lifting weights, trying to drink water and journalling.

I have two real weeks before my next long trip, I really hope to be down to a new
10 lb. range by then. That would be cewl.

I do return the day after memorial day. Maybe my goal between my leaving and returning is not to gain weight.

Great job lalala... I haven't been so good. I have had some serious issues with my teeth! :-( I am on pennicillin because my wisdom tooth got infected and swelled up. I am having all 4 of them out on Monday. I haven't been eating much at all...though I have been spending most of my time at the dentist office or at work the last couple of weeks that I have gained a couple of pounds... AUGHHHH... I need to get back into the swing of it but it's just been hard. Though I haven't eaten much at all lately?? But I haven't been exercising at all and I need to be doing that!

GG ---

I would take it easy on the exercise while recovering. Good luck with having your teeth pulled. Mine never came in, I must not be very wise.
