Default Office Perils! What LP snacks do you keep in your drawer...?

Working in an office gets so boring and I tend to snack! I've been pretty good lately, and added a fruit basket as decoration! I want chocolate now! I try not to keep snacks in my bottom drawer, but I think I need to since the vending machine isn't exactly figure friendly.

What types of things are in your snack stash, including the points.

Splenda
Assorted tea bags
Dark chocolate hot cocoa powder
Raisin bran
mini packs of mms or other chocolate

I usually bring my lunch, so I generally snack on carrots, sugar peas, cucumbers or various fruits. I hate veggies, so this gets the veggie servings out of the way so I can enjoy the evening and not stress about having to eat x oz of vegetables before bed.

Great tips - the one that works best for me is caffiene free peppermint green tea. It counts as a water and has 0 points but gets rid of my sweet tooth craving.

We have a candy machine and for .25 you get about 5 or 6 M & M's. If I get a real craving I go for that.

Looking forward to hearing other ideas

I like to keep WW 2 point bars, hot Wasabi peas, pretzels, cereal, sugar free hard candies and apple cinnamon Quakes.

Go for M&M's or 3 Musketeers when you get that bad craving. A mini snack size Musketeer is only 3 points for two.

Hope it helps. (I also thrive on caffeine free peppermint tea.)

I keep some ff sf jello and pudding in the fridge for my sweet craving. I have some veggies and fruit as well as a jar of pickles.

I also plan out what I'm going hte eat the day before that way if someone brings in food (Like a cake) if I didn't know about it and plan for the points, I don't eat it.

One other thing I've started doing is to only eat in the kitchen area. that way i'm not tempted to just munch all day long.

Question what is it????

Just read through these posts, great ideas.
What is frozen tj's fruit? Someone posted that and I don't know what it is! If it's a low point snack, I'd sure like to know!

Hard candy for a sweet tooth, triscuits (7 for 3 points) and laughing cow wedges (1 wedge = 1pt), and apples w/ natural PB to name a few
