Default How do you decide what foods are OK P1

Is a certain G.I. number mean you can eat it??? Also really stupid question is the lower the GI number the better???

Make life simple, Hockeychic, and just eat what's on the above list.
Lower GI is best but there are other factors too such as type of fat.
