Alright last week was not a good one!! I only made it to the gym 3 times!! This week will be better!! It's a laid back week and it should be great!!!

Sat 30 min Sun 1hr, 10 min walk Week total 7 hours, 35 min I plan on walking this afternoon Diana lalala 04-05-2004, 04:36 PM worked out all days last week, just forgot to journal. Sunday -- 2 hours weeding, raking and compost spreading 30 min fast bike at gym Monday -- 30 min elliptical, 30 min weights and crunches, 1 hour weeding and turning golfergirl 04-06-2004, 09:22 AM Monday- 1 mile run/walk outside. I didn't go to the gym because it was SO beautiful outside!! :-) DewCan 04-06-2004, 10:10 AM Isn't it so much more enoyable to do the exercise outside. I also find tht it goes by much quicker. Stairstepper 1 mile Treadmill Run Friday-Sunday... worked around the house and cleaned! No Formal Exercise!
