WW Clubs and Groups - Thursday Weigh-In Results for April
:coffee: This is something----another month. This year is flying by.
I hope everyone's weight is flying "away."
If you are new here. Please feel free to post your weigh-in results here. We are a fun group who love to talk and help each other.
Here I go for the first result being posted------drum roll, please.
I lost another 1/2 pound!!!!! Am I excited or what!!!!!

By the way, between the 25th when I weighed and was the same and the 28th when I weigh in with another group, I had gained 5 pounds! I couldn't believe it. I've been so bloated and swollen. Haven't been able to wear my wedding rings. I have worn them the past couple of days, and I have lost 3.5 of the 5 pounds that I gained. Don't know what was going on!
I just want to lose the other 1.5 by Thursday so I'll be back to "normal". Actually, I'd love to lose more than that!!!! lol

Tammy, it sounds like the water retention is going away. I wonder if that Advil makes one retain water???? Hmmm..... That's a thought.

Actually, I was wondering the opposite. I just started with the Advil this week. The week before I was taking Tylenol or Aleve.
Well, I finally weighed myself yesterday, I was up 2 lbs. :( Oh well, I just have to get into a routine on my new job so I don't over eat compared to what I do now. I don't get in the physical activity on this job that I did on the other. I will figure it out though. Have a great day....Sis :)

Take some healthy snacks to work. Keep celery, carrots, green pepper strips, etc. in your frig. Take those great walks with your husband. You can get this weight off.

Well, I lost the other 1.5 pounds, but no more than that. So I'm back to "normal". I keep telling myself that is 28 pounds gone in 1 1/2 years. That should make me happy, but I just keep thinking that it should be more than that.
Right now I am very crampy, so I feel fortunate to have lost that! TOM usually isn't good for losing anything. BP and sugar levels have been good, so I'm doing something right.
Hope everyone else has a good weigh in!!

Well, I have been trying to combine the South Beach Diet and WW. I knew I needed to cut down on my carbs so I decided it was worth a try. I have lost the 2 I gained plus (if I can believe my scales this morning) 3 more. I also notice I am not constantly craving something sweet like I was before. So I will continue to try this. I am now back at my signiture weight again. I might hit that 100 lb mark yet. :) Have a WONDERFUL holiday week end......Sis :D

Hi! I joined ww on April 1. My first weigh in I was down 8 lbs. I would really like to get some support for the up coming weeks when I know I won't be down quite as much. It looks like a good community, looking forward to getting to know you. :coffee:

I'm happy to report that I weighed on my scales this morning and was back down to my lowest weight since starting Flex Points. Evidently, my wild Easter weekend didn't do any damage. And, I lost the pounds I'd gained.

Drum roll please! I am down 3 pounds since last Thursday! Can't figure out what I'm doing right, but I like it. Need to keep doing whatever it is I'm doing I guess.

Tammy, you aren't the only one "bummed out." I was up 2 pounds today. :(
I am not surprised about mine, though. I've been so stressed out about my mother's hearing problem.
Yesterday, I drank 4 diet drinks and had 2 small pieces of cake w/icing.
I'm not doing that anymore. Today it's one drink and lots and lots of water.
How did everyone else do?????

Down 2.2 lbs. tonight. I am going to try a few other meeting places in town and see if the leader's style fits mine a little better. Very busy this week and haven't been on the computer much. Bye for now.

I weighed this morning and the 2 pounds that I had gained yesterday were gone. That made me feel better.
Good for you Tammy-----It's funny how we can change weight so easily.
That's why WW leaders tell us NOT to weigh every day. We become obsessed. I try not to do it but when you're losing, it's hard to stay off the scales.
Congrats to everyone who weighed. Hear me, I said everone . You made the effort and that is great!
I'm going to start our May thread now. Wow! Another month gone!!!!!
