Hey girls. I took a look at this past week and realized I exercised 6 of 7 days!!! But I thought about what and how much I ate. Too much of not good things! Of course I justified it by saying "it's okay. It was my birthday this day. And this day I had a meeting. And blah blah blah." Anyway, realizing eating this way isn't going to help me meet my goals, I am starting to keep a food log and track my calorie intake. I feel like if I have to share my log with someone I'm going to be a lot more careful about what I eat. I know some of you are counting calories/points and whatever else. Does anyone want to share our food logs for the day, similar to how we have an exercise thread?
I have a food journal that follows me everywhere, but I'd be willing to post it as well. A little accountability never hurt anybody. Plus, it helps to see what other's are eating so that you can steal some ideas. Sometimes "diet" food can get really boring.
