So what can you do in three days???
You can easily lose a pound in three days
You can exercise every day and then have three days of exercise done this week
You can try out a couple of new, healthy meals which will see you through some future 'what shall I cook tonight that is different' days
You can drink enough water to really cleanse your system through
You can see the finish line of the challenge and redouble your efforts to kick start your weight loss, whether you have stuck to it all the two weeks (brilliant) or wobbled from time to time (perfectly imperfect).
