Angry Ggggrrrr......will some thigns never change

Ok, given all the benefits I have experienced so far (more energy, wt loss, etc.) i was ever so hopeful that this diet would help with my monthly temporary 5 lb wt gain........better known as pms ! Anyone have symptoms they noticed got better with the healthier eating?

Hi smartypants.
Some of us have noticed that, especially on phase one, our periods have been worse. I think the key thing is to keep drinking the water.

Hmmm. Now that you mention it, mine was better this time. I am on phase 2 now though.
Not as painful or heavy. But I'm also on the pill to help that as well.

And now that I think back, during phase one i was in a lot more pain that usual. Weirdness.

Actually, my usual 5 lbs water wt gain seemed to come and go w/i a couple of days...not THAT is a first! Hopefully it will never come back again, lol.
