Sorry don't know. Could you use the points finder? If you don't have one, jsut tell me the cals, fat grams, and fibre grams for 1/2 cup and I'll check it for you. Or you can use the formula for finding points. (Cal/50) - (Fib*0.2) + (Fat*0.083) = Points, round to the nearest whole number.

Please help, what is the best bang for your points in cereal? The most amount of cereal for the least amount of points. Anyone? I'm a cereal lover and keep buying higher points stuff, really need to take my points finder to the store with me.

Hi Diana - when I packed my cereal I couldn't read the side of the box, printing was very small & I went on another board I seen someone posted that 1/2 cup was 0 Pts. so I was wondering.

I eat raisin bran & count 3 pts/cup with 1/2 cup s/milk. I find this very filling.

I never count anything but ZERO POINT FREE VEGGIES as zero point but I think that 1 serving comes out to 0 points on the slider but 2 servings is like 3 points because of the fiber cap.

Technically the correct formula to use when figuring points is:

POINTS = (calories/50) + (fat grams/12) - (fiber grams/5)

Look for high fiber unsweetened cereals like All-Bran and Fiber One to get the most cereal for your points. I have 1 cup of Fiber One and count it 1 point - and thats 26 g. fiber that keeps me full all morning.
