Smile Recipes

Had a few that I wanted to share with you and am on the scrounge if anyone else has any - lol.

Tortilla Chips (free on a SW Green Day )

Lasagne Sheets
Spray Oil
Salt to Taste

Preheat oven to highest setting.
Spray a baking tray with oil.
Boil the lasagne sheets for 4 minutes.
Cut the sheets into triangles.
Place on the baking tray.
Spray with Spray Oil.
Sprinkle with Salt (to taste)
Put in the oven until they go crispy and start to turn golden brown.

I was a scepticle about these but was pleasantly surprised. They taste just like Doritos Dipping Chips. We had them with WW BBQ Salsa dip (also free on a Green Day).

Exclamation

Ice Cream (Frozen Yoghurt Really - lol - Free on a SW Green Day - would need to check about red day )

Muller Light
Low Fat Fromage Frais

Mix the ingredients up in a freezer safe tub and put in the freezer.
Take out and stir every 30 minutes to stop ice crystals forming.

My friend and I made this the other night with a Mango Mullerlight and a WW apricot fromage frais and a peach WW fromage frais (the ones with the fruit on the bottom). It was yummy and only 1syn for the whole lot.

Ignoring the oddness of the Partytime dude!

I'm in for the ice cream out of Muller Light!

Somewhere I have a recipe for a deadly delicious icecreamout of low fat soured cream, or creme fraiche. It has a weird, compelling texture and taste and is delicious without flavours and very very low in kcals!

I'll have a dig this weekend. Someone remind me! Summer's coming - must have ice cream......

Ooh Stef, would love the recipe if you find it.

Partytime, I was meaning to call it Lasagne although perhaps where you are from it is spelt differently. I am sure that you know what I mean really, the pasta that is used for the layered dish.
