I was just wondering what kind of scales everyone uses to weigh themself.
I keep hearing that some are inaccurate and others are better.
What do you all use? And does anyone just go by body fat?
We have a cheap (maybe $10-15), non-digital one from Kmart. It works for me! It's kinda hard to tell even halves of pounds though, so you have to be okay with generalities. I've never had my body fat tested, but it might be interesting!
I love my Tanita scale. It was kind of expensive ($40) but it works great. My weight is the same as it is when I go to the doctor's. Its also good to see my body fat percentage.
