Hi,

Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on websites or if you have any recipes that are very healthy and well balanced? Most importantly, lower in fat...

I'm trying to find some variety in lunches and dinners and unfortunately I'm allergic to all fish & seafood so my choices are a little limited.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.... Cuz, I'm gonna do this! Yup I am... :D

Ciao,
Celina

Hey, there, Brooklyn!

Here are a few that I've had success with:

http://www.cooksrecipes.com (a really good overall cooking resource, not just recipes)
http://www.recipezaar.com
http://www.fatfree.com
http://www.foodtv.com (you can choose from a number of shows, but there's one on there devoted to healthy cooking, I just forget the name of it; you'll figure it out, you're from Brooklyn!)
http://cookinglight.com (this is the magazine's website -- good stuff.)
http://www.recipelink.com

Also, there's a recipe section here at 3FC, but I haven't found a lot, unfortunately.

Hope this helps!

The one at 3FC is AWESOME! Just go to the www.3fatchicks.com homepage, and it's one of the buttons. :) I love it.
