I'm on day 2, and so far I haven't had any carb cravings. However, I'm not a big meat eater and the thought of potentially eating meat twice a day seven days a week is making me a little queasy.
Can anyone explain the guidelines for soy products on SBD? I've read the entire book, but if I recall correctly, he doesn't talk about soy a whole lot except to say that light tofu is okay. I'm specifically wondering about a lot of the Morningstar/Boca products and other items in the vegetarian/vegan aisle.
Lastly, I have some Veggie Patch meatless meatballs in the fridge that I'm wondering if I can eat. One serving has 4.5g fat, 5g carbs (3g fiber, 0g sugar) and 16g protein. They are mostly made of soy protein. Thanks so much!
