Sounds good to me but I am a newbie also. This is my 4th day. What you had sounds yummy and has given me some good ideas.
Thanks

Sounds good to me! You are eating plenty of vegies and drinking lots of water. Your protein choices are good too. Just watch out for hidden fats in things like tuna but if you keep going like this you should have no problem sticking to the plan.

Yes I would say it looks good. And I would also say be a bit careful for hidden fats. This is not a low fat plan, but you need to look out for hidden 'bad' fats eg in the tuna. Beef can have a lot of bad sat fat, but you say it was a lean cut so that is absolutely fine.
good luck

What do you mean about hidden bad fats in the tuna? Do you mean adding to much mayo? Or do you mean the tuna itself?

Tuna might be packed in oil or if it is in a buffet may contain a high-fat dressing.

Aslo remember that there is no dairy allowed in phase 1, so I'd ditch the milk. As for tuna, I too get canned packed in water, or better yet ahi tuna steaks (when I can find 'em cheap enough).

Smartypants we can have dairy in phase 1 now. 1% or FF milk and plain or vanilla LF or FF yogurt. The revised list is in the F&Q section.

You can tell I didn't miss it then huh, hahaha. Only thing milk was good for for me was cereal, which I can only just now have :D
