Default Weekly Exercise Log 3/15-3/21

Hi Girls... I do this thread in a different group and it really helps me be accountable. So I am going to start it here.. just post what you have done, as far as exercise, for the day. I like so see what other people are doing as well as feeling like I am being accountable to others... Don't know if others feel the same way, but it does help me with my goals!!

Monday-
Ran 1 mile (10 min) on treadmill
Stairstepper (10 min)

Tuesday-
Cross Trainer (15min)
Ran/Walk 1.5 miles (25min)
Push-ups 3X5
Trisep push-ups 3X10
Sit-ups 3x15

O.k. looks like I am alone on this one...but that's o.k. because I still need to be accountable for the excerising...

Wednesday-
Stairstepper (20min)
Bike (20min)
Push-ups 2X5- ouch...
Trisep push-ups 3X15
Sit-ups 3x15

Sorry - just got back on the computer.

I have been dealing with some medical problems which has prevented me from exercising, but I'm starting to get back slowly.

Treadmill 3/17 - 15 minutes

Thursday... Worked until almost 7pm because we had a wine tasting and I worked that from 3-7- on my feet the whole time, my feet are killing me, not to mention all the running around I was doing and the stairs, probably got the same workout in that time as I do for 40 min. at the gym... hope so!! Didn't make it to the gym...

will be running with my cousin the 7th grade Varsity Cross Country Runner this weekend, let's see if I can keep up :-)

Not good... for the weekend... NOTHING...babysat and walked the dog and played around outside but that's it!! Will be a better week, but the weekend will be just as bad again...will be out of town!

Monday-

1 mile (10 min) warm-up
15min on the Stairstepper (the actual stairs) OUCH!!! But it was good!

Tuesday will be nothing unless I can squeeze it in somewhere!! I have a meeting at 6:30...hmmmmmm...maybe I can squeeze it in.

Hi Golfergirl,
let me join you. I exercise daily but sometimes cheat and miss nad do double the next day, I've done that a couple of times and need to stop it. I think this will hwlp me stay accountable too.
Monday,
2 exercise videos, 30 min each
35 minutes biking.
total for the day, 1hr, 35 minutes

Diana you did good yesterday - I on the other hand... not so good!!

I did nothing. I had a meeting from 6:30-10pm so I didn't get to the gym... but tonight will be a good night!!

how'd you do last night? Did you get to the gym?
Wednesday
I biked for 30 min
shopped for pretty much 5 hours, but I only count intentional exercise.
Total for week 1 hour 45 min (my week starts on Tuesday)

Hi Diana- Yep I made it there FINALLY

Wednesday-
1 mile (10 min)
Stairstepper 15min

The air isn't on in the gym yet and it was 60 outside...the gym was HOT and I got so light headed with it so hot in there...hope it's better tonight Or I might do the stairstepper and then got home to run outside. It's beautiful again today!!!!!!!

Sorry I haven't been posting. Well I don't know what I 've done recently but yesterday I went for a 30 min walk with DH and DS. It ws beautiful out. i'm still exercising daily. But Thursday was only 10 minutes. I tried to go for a walk with DS but he was crying so I had to turn back.

BAD BAD week for exercising, I worked late most days, my birthday so had dinner with family and we went out of town...not good!!

Happy Birthday !!!

Well, I exercised like mad yesterday.
1 hour 45 min vacuuming and washing the floor (I always count that as it is hard work and I get blisters from it)
30 min bike
20 min Taebo
15 aerobics
10 min jogging
That totals 3 hours!!!
Today is the start of a new week for me.
