I was avoiding doing this, but what can it hurt?

Breakfast:
Three slices of bacon
Two scrambled eggs

Snack:
crab salad (mayo, white onions, three sundried tomatoes, canned crab)
One ounce Jack cheese

1.5 liters of water

Lunch:
Chicken Ceasar Salad (picked off the croutons)
Diet coke

More water

Snack:
Atkins peanut butter cups.

I'm pretty sure I'm back now so I'm logging my food here again instead of on paper. Since I don't exactly do 'meals' anymore, I'm logging by time of day instead ;)

6:00 - Extra Sharp Cheddar (.5)
7:00 - Coffee w/splenda (2) :coffee:
9:00 - LC Peach Yogurt (3)
10:30 - Celery Sticks (.5)
12:30 - LC Pizza (8)
3:00 - Celery Sticks (.5)

Thought I would give this a try! I am doing the small snacks every few hours instead of meals.

Now, my string cheese says 0 carbs, but should I be counting each one as 1 gram of carb?

Yes, you should count it as 1. The rules for manufacturers are that if it's under 5 calories they can say zero on the label. If it's under 1 gram for protein, fat, or carbs, they can say zero on the label.

Also, where are your veggies? It's super important to be eating at least 3 cups of them per day.

I was too lazy to cut up some celery last night so it was a double dose of the pepperoni today!

Leenie...everyone laughs at work cause they say I am like a surgeon with the burrito I have to fillet it open and take out the inards (takes a skilled hand and special technique to get all the cheese and sour cream out without wasting it on the yucky tortilla!! :dizzy: ). It must be a new Atkins language DH laughs cause we get pizza and I eat the tops and throw away the "pizza husks" That poor crust looks so sad without the toppings it is just a husk of what it used to be!! LOL :lol:
