Carb Counters - I hope my omlette didn't screw me up!

My office building has a deli that serves Atkins friendly omlettes for breakfast. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese omlette. I think they used margarine instead of butter to cook the eggs in. Is this going to throw me out of ketosis? I didn't even think to ask if that was butter or not. I really hope it will be ok. My jeans are almost too big! Last week they were almost too tight. I would hate to think that some stupid butter substitute ruined it! I know, I am whining. Someone call whe waambulance! :lol:

maragine (at least the kind we have at home) has no carbs, even if it did I doubt it will bug you any.

Cat I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just keep plugging along and the next time your in line ask then to ease your mind for future eating :)

No worry there, Catgirl! Isn't the main problem with margarine trans fats? I don't think it has carbs, so I'm sure you'll be fine.
